Bu form aracılığıyla beyan ettiğiniz; Kimlik Bilgileriniz (Ad, Soyad), İletişim Bilgileriniz (E-posta), Mesleki Bilgileriniz (Kurum/Üniversite) ve İşlem Güvenliği Verileriniz (IP adresi, log kayıtları);

• Veri setinin sadece akademik ve bilimsel amaçlarla kullanıldığının teyidi,
• Veri setinin fikri mülkiyet haklarının korunması ve ticari kullanımının engellenmesi,
• Olası güncellemeler ve hata düzeltmeleri hakkında tarafınıza bilgi verilmesi,
• İstatistiksel analizlerin yapılması amaçlarıyla işlenmektedir.

Kişisel verileriniz, KVKK’nın 5. maddesinde belirtilen; “Bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için veri işlemenin zorunlu olması” (Veri setinin lisans haklarının korunması) ve “Veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati” hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak, açık rızanız aranmaksızın işlenmektedir.

Kişisel verileriniz, veri setinin kullanım takibi ve olası hukuki uyuşmazlıklarda ispat aracı olarak kullanılmak üzere, kaydın oluşturulduğu tarihten itibaren 5 (beş) yıl süreyle güvenli sunucularımızda saklanacaktır. Bu sürenin sonunda verileriniz, kurumumuzun periyodik imha politikası gereğince silinecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.

Toplanan veriler, yasal zorunluluklar (yetkili kamu kurumlarının talebi vb.) haricinde, pazarlama veya reklam amacıyla hiçbir üçüncü kişi veya kurumla paylaşılmamaktadır.

Haklarınız KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme veya yasal şartlar oluştuğunda silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Taleplerinizi [tgss@isar.org.tr] adresine iletebilirsiniz.

INFORMATION NOTICE

Your Identity Information (Name, Surname), Contact Information (E-mail), Professional Information (Institution/University), and Transaction Security Data (IP address, log records) that you declare via this form are processed for the following purposes:

• Confirming that the dataset is used solely for academic and scientific purposes,
• Protecting the intellectual property rights of the dataset and preventing its commercial use,
• Informing you about potential updates and error corrections,
• Conducting statistical analyses.

Your personal data are processed without seeking your explicit consent, based on the legal grounds of “processing of data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right” (protection of the licensing rights of the dataset) and “the legitimate interests of the data controller,” as set forth in Article 5 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law No. 6698, “KVKK”).

Your personal data will be retained on our secure servers for a period of 5 (five) years from the date the record is created, in order to monitor the use of the dataset and to serve as evidence in potential legal disputes. Upon the expiration of this period, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our institution’s periodic destruction policy.

Except where required by law (e.g., upon request of authorized public authorities), the collected data are not shared with any third party or institution for marketing or advertising purposes.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data are being processed, to request correction if they have been processed inaccurately, or to request their deletion when the legal conditions are met. You may submit your requests to [tgss@isar.org.tr].
